'Tonight', he said, 'instead of bowing our heads as is usual in our prayers, I want you to throw back your shoulders and look up into the sky.
1st Lt. W.C. Heisler, veteran of the Normandy D-Day Jump, passed away on D-Day 2010
Up there, somewhere, is the God who will be with us tonight. Look up to him for guidance'. Each man slowly lifted his head to gaze into the
twilight while the Colonel made their earnest plea for the Lord's blessing upon their mission... Many of those men went to meet their God that
evening, but those men who didn't will continue to 'Look up to Him' while they pray for everlasting peace... 1st Lt. W.C. Heisler F-Co 507th PIR
